Welcome to our Artist Trading Card (ATC) community forums! Our focus is on friendly ATC and mail art trading and swapping in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is welcome here. All mediums are welcome too--stamping, painting, drawing, collage, mixed media, fabric, clay--you name it, we do it! And we don't just trade ATCs; there is a lot going on here. This includes chunky books, inchies, rinchines, twinchies, charms, art journals, altered art, rolodexes and rolo trading, and much more. We also have a gallery and trader rating system to faciliate trading between members and keep our community growing. We hope that you will join our family of art lovers and join us in trading art!

Artist Spotlight Susietex View Suzietex's profile Susietex, a.k.a. Sue, is one of our lovely resident stitchers. Having started her formal training 15 years ago as a mature student, she will soon have her first solo exhibition of her work. Sue's favourite themes to stitch on fabric are fossils, foliage, fish, and anything to do with the sea. Jewellry making and bead weaving are also strong suits of Sue's—she sells pieces at her local craft market. It's easy to see where Sue's passion for undersea themes comes from; she keeps tropical fish and scuba dives in her spare time. She firmly believes that you can learn something new from each artist you meet, and AFA has has given her the opportunity to meet many. It has also been responsible for her huge collection of chunky books and fabric journals, and for the chance to try out many new craft ideas and techniques—with all of the fabrics, paints, and beads that Sue says you can never have too much of!
