Valentine-a-tart
Is anybody hosting a Valentine-a-thon?
I have been in the valley of oblivion for too long, seems like just what is needed,
a little art with a little love with lots of friends, maybe even a little art muse
will come visit.
Am I just too early/anxious, but I did not see anything on the calendar schedule
posted.

Sounds interesting. Can you describe more what you have planned? One day a-thon on February 14th? A weekend before it?

lol, no plans! Didn't even realize what day February 14 was, till you mentioned. I do
think weekends are best for a-thons, so the weekend of Feb. 11/12 being right before
the 14th seems best idea to me. Something with atc's or chunky 4x4,
and using lots of layers (like painting, stamping, embossing, fibers, collaging, embellish,
or even tea bag folding, etc.) Old fashioned Valentines, love poems, something romantic. But actually
whatever somebody schedules is fine with me, from zentangles to watercolors
to found poetry, to ?

grammy, I'm happy to co-host a Mid-Feb/Valentines All Types of Art a-thon. What about Friday Feb 10-through Tuesday Feb 14? We might catch a few folks who work weekends that way.  |
