Friedensreich Hunderwasser was an Austrian artist and architect (1907– 2000), known for his very quirky designs and paintings. He had a philosophy that, in essence, stated that humans should live and work in environments that are (1) closer to the natural world and plant life, (2) have few straight lines, and that (3) are of joyful colors. He felt that if humans could live and work in this kind of environment we would be happier and more productive and the world would be more peaceful. Players were instructed to design houses in his style.
