Creating miniature postage works of art, was the goal of this mixed media swap. Cutting, pasting, or otherwise altering postage stamp(s), using a single postage stamp face and adding the body, painting/drawing a face and adding postage stamps for details such as clothing, hair, etc. were just a few of the options artists used to make their cards.
