You're so very welcome, Maria. I'm so glad that it arrived safe and sound. The card I owe you from October is also on its way to you.
As for this card, I sketched out hearts/flowers/etc. with a pencil, then I painted with a very light wash, the entire piece, then let it dry. Then I added a layer of color and painted negatively, let that dry, and so on until the card was finished. I think there may be about 3 or 4 layers on there. Then I decided to add the ink work on top. I have enjoyed the cards so much that I've been making more - lol.
