Back in early Spring of 2016, I hosted my first swap, called “Birdhouses, Whimsical or Realistic”. I think my players had fun with it, so I thought it might be a fun first swap in my new home!
Let’s create little homes for our feathered friends, bright and whimsical in style, or perhaps more realistic looking. The little residents can be included, or not. The birdhouses can stand on their own posts, or hang by a chain from a tree limb. This is a hand-drawn/handpainted swap. Send in 3 cards and receive 3 different ones. The example cards are my Host Cards from that first 2016 swap. Please join us by asking to be signed up here on the thread, and do show us pictures of your finished cards, if you can.
CARDS and MAILING GUIDELINES:
- Please place each 2 1/2” x 3 1/2” cards in a plastic sleeve for protection.
- Be sure it qualifies as a “card”, and cannot easily bend into a U-shape.
- An extra “host card” is always appreciated but never necessary.
- Please write on the back of your cards: The swap title; your username; your real name (whatever else you like.)
- If taping cards together for protection in the mail, please use easy-release tape, such as Painters or Washi.
- Please include a large address label (the Po doesn’t like the little “return address” stickers, and one Forever Stamp. I will provide envelopes.
- INTERNATIONAL Players, please include an address label plus a $1.00 bill or a Global Forever Stamp, and I will provide envelopes.
- VERY IMPORTANT - I HAVE MOvED! Please be sure to message me for my current address.
