Swap Due Date - Friday September 4th
Number of Cards - 3 for 3 OR 6 for 6
Number of participants - unlimited
Medium: open but must use parts of used envelopes on your ATCs
Theme - open
This is similar to a swap I hosted in the past. Players were so inventive with the different parts of envelopes. Some of these are the postage, the lines over the stamps, the address part, the security insides, even the little flaps made by the corners, the cellophane windows, etc. Your cards can be abstract or representational. Last time I set a number of parts you had to use. This time use as many as you like. Try to make each card different.
Other Important Information-
* Your ATCs should be 2 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches. If they are floppy, back them with watercolor paper or cardstock or light cardboard.
* Each card needs to be in a clear sleeve.
* Sign up for this swap on this swap thread.
* On the back of each ATC, put at least your user name, location and month or day that the card was made.
* Loose cards will tear your mailing envelope. Either make a card holder or lay them flat, overlapping just a bit and put washi or painters' tap across them.
* I also put packaging tape on the edges of the back flap.
* Everyone needs to send along a label or piece of paper with your mailing address.
* US players, please send along one or 2 forever stamps. I will provide envelopes for everyone.
* I can provide postage for international players.
I do not post examples but the rest of you are welcome to post your cards on this thread.
I like receiving a host card but they are not required.
