Barbie-girl a shin-length ape arm or give us a dentist with attached drills and hooks and that weird little bendy mirror thing? Arms held up by balloons or suspended in mid-air? Attached by a complicated pulley system run by gerbils? How about tentacles, robot claws, feather dusters, anything goes as long as the arms are not your normal arms!
