Amy, I just received your favorite recipe. Looks so delicious and I love that you explained that you prefer it thick like a gravy, that would be my taste as well. I am so excited to now have one of yours traditional recipes in my collection. I love your illustrations as well. I will be on the look out now for fresh peas but I doubt I can find them until Springtime around here. I see where this recipe can be adaptable with other ingredients and that is a good thing.
