PIF Trade made in June, repeatedly said it was in the mail, received in Sept

This will not affect any future trades with me. I may want to trade with you again, and I do sympathize with your situation, I just think you should have told me every time that it was NOT mailed so that I wouldn't keep expecting it. Good communication would have resulted in a Positive rating even though the package was received so late.
