Welcome to my very first ATC Swap!
Music plays a major role in many people’s lives. It can move us, bring us together, sweep us away, get us fired up, calm us down, or comfort us; it can captivate us or just not work at all...
I’ve loved making and listening to music ever since I was a child, enjoy going to rock concerts with my husband, and am constantly fascinated by the powerful emotions music can evoke.
That’s what this swap is about: Let’s Celebrate Music! And it’s a really broad topic and the world of music is wide open…

Please create 3 ATCs, each based on music in general or a musical theme. “From Allegro to ZZ Top”—you can choose anything you want, melodies and harmonies, great composers, music styles, a special instrument, your favorite bands, singers, and songwriters, the way you love to listen to music - live, headphones or grammophones…
Whether you prefer country, classic or metal...—let your ATCs sing!
Attached you find some examples I recently made.
How to participate:
• Please sign up by posting to this thread.
• Make sure your cards are ATC size 2.5“ x 3.5“ and made of sturdy material. But they shouldn’t be to bulky, please, nothing higher than eg. a coin,
otherwise postage will get very expensive.
• Please write clearly your username, real name, the swap name, your location/country, and the date on the back of each ATC.
• Each ATC should be sent in an individual clear protective sleeve.
• If you need to withdraw, please just let me know here in the thread or PM me.
• Once your cards are ready, send me a PM to ask for my address.
• A hostess card is very welcome and much appreciated, but of course completely voluntary.
As this is my first swap, the number of players is limited to 12. If there are more who would like to join, I will start a waiting list in case someone has to withdraw.
Mailing:
- Please include a label or piece of paper with your address + country.
- NO return envelopes, please, I will provide them.
- Players from outside GERMANY: please include a Global Forever stamp. If you don't have any, I will cover your postage for this swap.
- Players from Germany: please include a 1,80€ stamp.
- Once I receive your cards, I’ll post an update here and give feedback at once.
~ About mail delivery times from outside Germany: Letters that have reached me from the US and other countries took about 3-4 weeks. So please send early, I recommend to send latest September 24.
When you receive your returns, remember to leave feedback for the Host (me) and a Reputation for your fellow participants you received cards from, starting from a post of her or him here in this thread.
