Christmas In July/August /ATCs/Open Medium/Due date: August 30, 2026

Oh, you guys.... I am sorry, I was not able to get these out as soon as I had anticipated. I told myself it was going to be a nice, easy swap to run and I jinxed the heck out of myself!! I spent loads of time changing things/correcting things/addressing everything appropriately/trying to figure out what some of the swaps were even for. We need to discuss some things. Some of you are making your ATCs way too big. At first I thought it was just the wrapping paper but after feeling around it was the actual ATCs. ATCs should be 2 1/2 x 3 1/2. I will try to contact everyone that this applies to but I may end up missing someone. Some of you sent three pocket holders and that was really helpful except for the ATCs that were too big.

Please/please read the directions!! You need to put the name on your swap as I have it in the thread. It is just too confusing for me if you put something else, Please number your ATCs appropriately. At least put your user name on the back of the ATC. Please put your ATCs in sleeves unless they are too bulky to go in one. I'd hate for mail to get wet and then be ruined. My mail lady drives a mail vehicle and she has been known to drop my mail on the ground (hopefully, not on purpose!!)

Want to thank everyone that sent extra postage. Some of you did (MarloweSinclair/mybrokenart/Donnacr) and I did not acknowledge it as I didn't realize that the post stamps were double folded so I apologize for that! I try to be really good about acknowledging people for that but every once in a while I do a goober.

And last but not least, if you happen, by chance, to get one of your own ATCs back I really, really apologize. This was a stressful swap for me but I tried really hard to get it all right... I am hoping the next one will go smoother.... If you can think of any ways to make this swap simpler message me and let me know. I am trying to brainstorm how to make it as easy as possible. For sure, next year I will start earlier on this swap and by then everyone will be an old pro at it:drunk: I am going to try to send as many out as I can later today and there is no mail on Monday so the rest will go out on Tuesday. Oh, another thing, if you are going to give FeedBack now or Reputation Points (which I recommend) please do it right away. In order for me to put more swaps up I need to Archive this one fairly quickly. Thank you for your consideration/support!!

I thought that could still be left after swaps archive? I feel like I have done that in the past when my cards take forever in the mail, but could be wrong. (I know you can’t comment after it’s archived).

I am really glad you took the project on, and am really excited for it, and can’t even imagine how much work this has been for you!
