My Favorite Shape-Due May 15

Leydab, your cards arrived today. thanks for the extra card as well as extra postage. Iusually give either an extra card or extra postage so this was a pleasant surprise.
 
Several, maybe 6 , swap envelopes arrived today.
Kerensac, your cards arrived today, too. thanks for the extra card and the postcard. I think the postage stamps you used on your envelope were from a children'sbook I used to own. I have been giving some but not many childrens books away.
 
JAK, your cards arrived. Thanks for the extra card. Clever to use your left over postage stamp pieces to keep your cards together.

I think those were from ‘Father Christmas’ by Raymond Briggs - I’ve got a lot of those stamps to use up!!!
 
There is a big deal airshow most years here at the Hillsboro airport. Often my husband and dog and i would go out of town for that weekend. This dog does not seem bothered by sonic booms. She is bothered by cats walking by or any people, especially ones with dogs walking on the sidewalk in front as well as the sidewalk across the street. She barks at anyone coming to our front door. Sometimes the jets practice on the thursday before but the show begins this year on Friday the 15th, this month. then they do more sky stuff on Saturday and go home ( in their jets) sunday am. A couple of years the airshow was at a bigger airport and not in our town. That was pleasant.
