The objective of this swap is to make 3 ATC's depicting something from a city, town, village or area that is "home" to you. It could be where you were born, where you live now, or somewhere else you've lived that you strongly identify with. Your ATCs may portray a historic or contemporary event, a building, a tradition, a characteristic dish, piece of clothing, flora or fauna, a famous person, an artwork, or anything else you can come up with that is associated with your home place.
Please write down the name of the place you've portrayed on the back of your card along with your other details. Optional: tell us more about what you've portrayed, either on the back of the card or in the thread.
Should you choose to send a hostie, it will be immensely treasured. However, it's completely optional and please don't refrain from playing just because you don't have the time, energy or inspiration for making 4 cards instead of 3.
I live in Sweden! Please mail early. The mail-by date is a hard recommendation.
Please send your best work. Cards may be similar but not identical. Cards should be ATC size (2,5" x 3,5") and in individual plastic sleeves.
Please enclose an -unstamped- return envelope with your address on it. Remember to add the country you live in to your address, if your address label lacks that. Your returns will be sent from Sweden.
You can reimburse me for postage with one of the following:
- One US global forever stamp (do not put it on the return envelope! I will use it to participate in other swaps); or
- Two well concealed US$1 bills; or
- 25 SEK in Paypal (DM me).
If you don't have access to any of the above, I will cover postage.
