I played with 3 different brands. All totally different. One was to thick for me. It doesn‘t flow on its own. I had to spread it with a palette knife. Maybe the ink is to old. I think I‘ll be adding some Acrylic markers and Micron.
I don't have mine yet but the tutorials on Pinterest put down water first (like in a circle or a line) and then drop the ink into it and let the drops flow into the water.🤷

I had to clear off my big workspace for company to eat on. After all, it is my dining table. So now I have all the stuff i will put on the table in my wagon. You can put a lot more stuff in a wagon than carry in your hands. I looked for some smaller circle rubber stamps that I wanted to try. I found a couple of other things that were not labelled clearly--my distress inks and envelope patterns. Sometimes rediscovering art materials is almost as fun as buying new stuff.

I have been adding alcohol inks to the acrylic inks. I also found a rubber stamp that will stamp a design using acrylic ink on clear acetate. I did a couple smaliish pieces, using water color paper. And they turned out well. I am making big pieces and will find parts I like and they will become my ATCs. I have a couple of clear ATCs I use to find interesting ATC-sized areas.
