Punched! - Due June 12th

Finally, I have a concept worked up. I tried something, and it didn't quite fit the rules, but I made a bunch of them because I liked them. I tried something else, but it was just going to be too finicky to make with punches ... but I WILL be making it, becuase I love the idea. And then, today , it all came together. This is the first one.

All the cutting is punches, except for the straight parts of the card outline (which is paper cutter), and also I cut the side raised rings in half with scissors.

All the images: vitruvian man, mona lisa, flower of life design, foetus, are from Leonardo daVinci.

Now ... to make three (or more!) more!

Next month I will have been a widow for a year. My Idaho brother & wife are spending a couple of days with me to celebrate my husband's death day. We are visiting my favorite plant nusery to stock up on plants for the warm spring. And to the beach on the 21st on the next day. Harley the dog gets to come, too. And my car, too, as these two don't rent cars.

This sounds like a gentle remembrance with family. The activities and time spent together will help too <3 So hard to be alone Nancy. I hope these days will be helpful and comforting.
