uh oh ... I made a prototype, but the holes are not cut out with a punch... Is that ok? Or (as punch is in the title) , is the aim to use an actual punch for the holes?

Thanks, Nancy. I’ll probably do a variety. After I asked the questions I started doing totally abstract ones and l started to like those better lol. I think the alien stars one will still make the cut too, but the bird only if I can make it more exciting. It’s fun making lots of holes and seeing what ends up peaking through. I think the bottom one is my favorite of my first attempts View attachment 827418

I think Whystler, you need to use some sort of hole punch. I have already allowed cards to have 3 layers instead of 2 and the art does not have to be abstract.

I think if I had labelled the swap " holes" you could make them any way you wanted to, but the title is Punched.

Ummm ... I do not own any punches beyond the three ring binder kind. I made my 'punches' with tracings and an exacto blade. In the spirit of fairness, I will be happy to take them back.

If you don't tell me what you used, I won't know. Also try using your 3 hole binder one. You only have to put paper on one hole and then move your paper around.

I always read my directions over if the cards aren't what I expected. If I understand why you made something so then I keep the cards.
